Choose your ideal cycling route from our extensive menu of quiet backroads or from the “TasmanGreatTasteTrail“ menu and enjoy one of the finest cycle tours in the “Top of the South“.  We know a quiet spot on a crystal-clear river where you can watch white herons, fantails and kingfishers skim the water. Up-valley, there’s a scattering of impossibly green meadows where you can stop for a break in the shade of huge redwoods. We’ll show you how to find these magical places – and many more – on your VeloVino Bicycle Tour.

Glenn can ride along and guide you, or simply drop you at the start point with a snack to keep you fueled, a map to find your way, a phone with GPS, and a pre-arranged finish point. We offer cycle tours to fit all levels- from 20k to 100k- and from the Nelson coastline or down through the vineyards in Marlborough.Your bikes are top quality, comfortable, finely tuned machines for serious riding – just like the kind you ride at home. If you like riding with your own “gear” you’re welcome to bring your own cycling shoes and pedals. On full-day cycle tours, we will stop at a wonderful local cafe for lunch.
